From the moment that you connect the channel manager Nuevah will act as your central reservation system - it becomes the information master (availability + rates).
If you have any existing future reservations in your external channels the first step before integrating Nuevah to external channels is to import all your future reservations into your Nuevah calendar. This way you will have the correct availability saved in Nuevah system, and will avoid overbookings or errors.
- Booking.com: If you have existing future reservations on booking.com you can contact email@example.com to assist you with an instant importing of the reservations into Nuevah.
- Other reservation channels: Create all of your future reservations manually in the system, or create blocks in the calendar (see How can I block rooms or room types?) . If you have a large amount of future reservations to import you can contact firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance. We will send you an excel file template where you can save your reservations and we will import them for you.
