Can I grant access to selected parts of the system and only to specific Units?

Yes, there are two types of restricting access:

1. Grant access to selected functionalities
2. Grant access to selected units (e.g. rooms, apartments)

1. To Grant access to selected functionalities: 

a) The system provides a selection of default roles with already preset rights:

• Admin
• Listing Manager
• Front Desk
• Housekeeping

To assign a role go to Settings / Users / User List, select the User and pick a predefined Role:

b) Or you can create your own Custom role to limit the specific functionalities at will:

2. To grant access to selected units:

• Go to Settings / Users / User List, select the User 
• Under "User Access" select the Unit you wish to grant access for the User 
• Save and activate the user profile

Please note that you can have different User roles and limitations defined for the same user in different Properties. So for example the same User might have Admin Role in Property X but only Listing Manager in Property Y.
