There are cases when the system can’t assign a room automatically even if there is availability for a reservation. This is because the assigning process works by room types, so the system needs human help to reassign and decide which available room into the selected category will be the most appropriate for each client based on the reservation date.
Example: Below you can see that there’s availability on Monday 29 and Tuesday 30 but in different rooms. In this case it is necessary to reassign one of the reservations to enable a space for an unassigned 2 days reservation.
Once you reorganized the reservations and emptied a spot for a new 2 days reservation, you will be able to assign the new reservation a room (in this example room N-02).
